Why the Sadness?

What is causing the large numbers of people who say they are “living their truth” in the LGBTQ lifestyle to have so many issues with mental health? It should be that if they are living their “authentic self” now, that all of their problems should have been solved and they should be the happiest, most fulfilled people on earth.

But, the data shows the opposite. Statistics show that men who identify as gay tend to be extraordinarily unhappy.

They ask parents of children who are dealing with gender dysphoria, “Would you rather have an alive son, or a dead daughter?” This is deceptive, as the actual numbers show that if you leave them alone, and do not give them hormones or do any surgical procedures on them, the majority return to proper thinking by very early adulthood. The problem kind of goes away, if you will, and resolves itself.

Those who do transition though, and men and women who identify as gay or lesbian, tend to be very unhappy, regardless of what they say verbally. I know there are exceptions, but you can fact check me here with your own research.

I believe that one of the main causes of the sadness, the anxiety, and the misery is that they are deceived. They have believed the lie that rises out of hell through TV, movies, commercials, magazines, books, the news media, and even our educational system, that they have an “orientation.” They were made with a “homosexual orientation,” instead of a “heterosexual orientation.”

There is no such thing. Me, you, and everyone is made in the image of God for a relationship with someone of the opposite sex. They were made to be the person who God created them. They were not “born in the wrong body,” or any such thing. That would require that God had somehow made an error, which He never does.

When I was involved in homosexuality, I felt hopeless because I had been told, and I believed, that I was this way and it was immutable (unchangeable). This was a lie. Actually, everything Satan says is either: 1) A lie, or 2) A truth that was only spoken to set up a lie. There is no exception to this. Jesus called Satan “the father of lies.”

No one is “stuck” forever in an LGBTQ sin. You can move outside of it by kneeling at the foot of the cross. All good things and all changing starts and continues at the base of the cross. Kneel there, surrender your heart and life and body and mind and emotions and everything else to Jesus. Your entire life will change. He will redeem the wrongs and all things will become new. He is the King of second chances. He is simply King.
